Before this college session, I applied little to no methodology to my project. Well, don't get me wrong, I still used tools like Git for version control, a little bit of Trello, etc., but that's it. Academic projects have always been for two to four people teams, so it's not like we really needed it.
But this session, things are different: in order for us, students, to professionalize, the Run, Gun, Cry! project involves a total of six people. This time, we need methodology.
We discovered during the last session the basics of Agile and Scrum methodology, but we've had a hard time putting it into action while learning about it. Now, with some perspective and some research, we can apply it correctly.
Of course, I will post regularly here to update on the evolution of this project, in order to keep track of my way of thinking.
